Suggestions for improvement
- An HR department would be beneficial, as would better alignment of the Sales team with what the implementation can actually deliver within a particular timeline, given a finite amount of resources.
What I like about the company
Kuebix is progressive and the leadership is self aware and shares both successes and shortcomings with the staff at large. The challenges of being a smaller organization are being tackled and so each day operations and personnel become a little more professional and streamlined. Leadership also makes a concerted effort to find the right 'niche' for each employee's talents and that goes a long way towards a successful and happy team. The benefits are as good as anywhere else... perhaps even better to some degree and there is a palpable feeling that upper management wants to share the fruits of the company's success.
What I dislike about the company
As with smaller, growing companies, there is room for improvement in the way of personnel management. To be fair, many of the growing pains that plagued the company a year ago have been consistently improving. Resource management and allocation is a continuing woe, but again, that is to be expected with a rapidly growing firm.
