It’s all about who you know, not what you know or contribute
Support from management
ABSOLUTELY NONE, They are useless, when asked for advice or help they get hostile & resentful. Tell us to figure it out ourselves. Nobody knows what they do but come & go as they please and have the luxury of working 9 or 10 to 5. Pathetic & embarrassing for the company.
Depends on the department and who is currently working, with an extremely high turnover rate it’s really hard to gain trust, most are out for themselves
Freedom to work independently
On top of what the managers aren’t doing in order to keep control and morale down they do make a practice of micromanaging so as to point out ever error or what you should have done differently,
Managers don’t want to hear anything especially if it’s a complaint or something to improve the process
Sadly it’s the sam story where the men are promoted more than women and paid more for the same job, even when in some cases the woman has more experience
Attitude towards older colleagues
I’ve seen many of the older employees fired, let go or offered, pressured for early retirement
Not that I see unless you can get in with the right click- has nothing to do with your job performance, which is sad
Overall compensation for your work
We all get the standard raise every year regardless of how we do, honestly how motivating is it to even try harder or to do better knowing this.
Office / Work Environment
The work load for certain departments is far too much to ever complete while there are other departments that wander around the office because they don’t have enough to do. It’s very uneven
For the most part if you have your group of friends, but it’s very much made up of clicks that include management and there is a lot of gossip of private matters management should not be discussing with other employees
Due to the overwhelming amount of work expected, with NO support EVER from management we’re left to work overtime daily which definitely cuts into family time
Not good, very disorganized, many disgruntled employees, high revolving door
Seems to be ok unless they decide it’s time to lay people off which happens about once a year
Although handicapped accessible, there is not one handicap person hired to work
The work itself isn’t challenging it’s all the other requirements, checks & ballances. One simple task can take literally 10 - 15 other aspects for compliance to complete, and every week there is something new added. It’s like giving us the job to do then tying our hands behind our back and blindfolding us and saying hurry up, your too slow get it done and make sure it’s done right, no mistakes are acceptable. But yet the managers just skate by. That’s the only challenge and could be easily eliminated if someone investigated, took notice and did something about it. Start holding these managers accountable, especially for what their being paid.

Suggestions for improvement
- A thurough investigation into what exactly management adds to the departments, make them held accountable and show if/how they support their departments. Keep a tighter leash on them, when they come and go, what are they doing. If operations is short handed, make them sit in and pitching in to fill the position. Have them ask everyday if anyone needs help and make sure they do it. There will NEVER be any teamwork in any department until the managers step up and set the example - by leading by example. If employees feel valued and supported there are no limits to how hard they will work, and that is what leads to SUCCESS!!!
What I like about the company
At this moment I think the benefits are very good and I love my co-workers
What I dislike about the company
That raises are not bases on performance. If we have a profitable year, none of the regular employees see any bonus from it. I feel management has been left to run amuck and get away with doing whatever ever they want, all while asking the employees to pickup the slack and setting no example for success or teamwork, it’s shameful and sad especially since they are known to brag about how easy they have it because they don’t have to answer to anyone.
