Suggestions for improvement
- When they fire a someone like their lone electrical engineer, don't rehire him. Also there is a huge disconnect between HR and engineering. HR doesn't know names of people working in engineering one in particular and he thinks it's funny.

What I dislike about the company
Many so called 'engineers' have no degree. This includes management. One electrical engineer is double dipping. When he designs control panels he uses only components that he also happens to sell. The TECO drives were failing everywhere. Purchasing can only see that the parts he buys from himself are cheaper than competition. But they can't understand that the quality especially for drives is relatively poor.
