Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees, and stop ignoring them. They are the ones doing the work, to help the clients run their businesses. Don't wait for the issues to be brought to your attention by the clients, when the employees already raised a flag on it.
I like about the employer
Location and predictability of work.
I dislike about the employer
Predictability of work as issues tend to resurface quite often, and when issues start, it's tough to get it addressed in a timely manner.
