Poor culture, staff openly discussed negative difference between employee and managements.
Support from management
My supervisors conduct in conflict situations was poor. She often became emotional, defensive and sought to deflect any accountability or responsibility for the conflict. She was unable to set realistic targets, too often setting unattainable goals. She made decisions based on her emotions and defensiveness. The employees were considered only when they agreed with her position.
There was no sense of teamwork as the manager often blamed the team.

There was a clear distinction between management team and non-exempt workers. Non exempt workers were treated with much less equity.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Clear division between management and rank-in -file.
Did not see in my area.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation was below market with non-exempt and overmarked with exempt. Benefits were terrible, and during my tenure were cut to the lowest levels I have seen in any business I worked for in the prior 25 years. Corporate health benefits were the worst I have ever seen in the industry.
Office / Work Environment
Nice facilities, good break room, kept clean.
Were not socially aware of good business cooperation with staff too often focused on public relations affect.
Overworked exempt personnel and refused overtime for non exempt personnel.
KXTV is all about image, but in the worst way possible.
Poor. Overbearing, defensive management struck down a number of employees who were perceived as not on board - some with over twenty years experience.
Safe. guards and lockdown entries.
Good challenging work made more challenging by management.

- Needs new management
- Need to improve HR management at site. They need to work on culture and respect for one another from top to bottom. Too many management bullies.
What I like about the company
Good location and working conditions.
What I dislike about the company
Extremely poor management. Management is defensive, overbearing and tightly controlled.
