Suggestions for improvement
- Contract hires should be listened to more because they see more and even though expendible, they are more valuable than not. Contract hires have a voice and can help to give a diffierent view of how things are handled. Contract hires are usually viewed as lesser quality personnel and of little value.
What I like about the company
The manager I worked with was very patience and clear on what he wanted. I liked that it was close to work and I could work early/leave early. My manager wanted me trained completely for the position I was brought in for to the full extent and encouraged it continually. I received a wonderful reference letter from the manager when I left the company. I enjoyed working with the majority of the people and it was a small group and less hampered. We were a satelite office and made it easier to deal with instead of being in a huge facility.
