Suggestions for improvement
- More communication between supervisors and their workers. Be consistent with reviews and raises by doing them once a year, as promised.
What I like about the company
Generous with Christmas bonuses, although not everyone gets the same amount which causes problems. If they want to distribute that way, keep it to themselves. People get their feelings hurt. Compensation is good, more than other employers in the area. Matching 401k.
