Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of current leadership or implement trainings for them to help the, connect with the people. I have learned that the there has to be a balance between the people and the stakeholders. They have to stop the ever revolving door and create an environment that fosters teamwork and true inclusiveness.
What I like about the company
The people who work tirelessly to ensure that the data is somewhat accurate even though management has made incorrect assumptions.
What I dislike about the company
The organization has too many layers which makes it very complicated to make decisions and develop strategic goals. I have never worked at a company where layoffs occur and the people are escorted off the premises that day without performing knowledge transfers. No tactic to anything
