Suggestions for improvement
- Remove HR Chief. Keep an eye on new CEO.
What I like about the company
When I first started, the culture was healthy. Leadership changes begat decline.
What I dislike about the company
When new HR leadership arrived, the environment devolved from collaborative and supportive to one thriving on hearsay and a toxic, "snitch" culture. Chief of HR hired many from his previous employer (AltaMed), and a fewlike-minded others whom he planted within HR hierarchy toward building an oppressive work environment. HR Business Partners amount to hall monitor, "narcs" who seemingly enjoy power over team building support systems. Newly hired managements' intellectual dishonesty happens with such ease; they lie effortlessly and without conscience. Incompetent personnel remain in L.A. Care's employ while competent staff (who threaten status quo) are fired or eliminated.
