Support from management
Supervisors rarely available to do any real problem solving, and are known to be self serving.
Suggestions for improvement
- Include supervisors in culture awareness training and support fairness in the workplace.
What I like about the company
I was able to pay off my student loan through time worked.
What I dislike about the company
Very diparagung attitude toward anyone who has different political views than those held by the board of supervisors. People are belittled for showing higher work standards and ethics than those around them especially when they are producing better results.
