- Learn to have a genuine care for your employees. Pay your managers better than minimum wage. (This is a billion dollar company and the largest) Have a better setup for scheduling for your managers to get the best production from them. Commending instead of bashing goes a long way.
I like about the employer
They challenged you on every single thing you did. Even lunch and time off. You will understand what time management is after working here. You may even resent it.
