Suggestions for improvement
- Concentrate more on teaching kids rather than drill them on the state exam
Very micromanaged, both in curriculum design and in coaching sports.
High pay, good benefits.
Big classes, not enough time to prepare lessons, due to mandatory meetings during state conference time.
Pressure to teach 7 classes, with only one conference to plan for different subjects. Only a 25 minute lunch. Long work schedule
