Since management is changed so often it felt like no one cared. Praises were slim. Lunch to employees was slim to none. Bonuses were non existent. Upper management doesn't know the employees. They seem to trust people until someone complains. Doesn't matter how long you have been there.
Support from Management
New manager every year to every two years. You always have to re prove yourself. Managers don't care about employees because they know they will be moved in a short period.
