Suggestions for improvement
- Better training and/or hiring at middle management level. The culture doesn't truly support transparency at all levels but aspires to do so. A lack of communication often led to pointless rumors.
What I like about the company
Much of the senior management has a great deal of interest and care for their employees. A charitable organization.
What I dislike about the company
There is a distinct lack of transparency and equitable treatment beyond the senior management level. Very inconsistent middle management led to an uninformed workforce.
