Support from management
Ideas are forbidden and communication by management is non existent. On several occasions I was insulted and belittled by management.
Teamwork was really good When we were allowed to work as a team.
No one communicates, to many people wanted to play "I've got a secret".
Everybody was treated just as bad as the next guy.
There is no ladder to climb. The rules were created to prevent that.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation ok and benefits ok at best.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions were really good until the micro management started. Creativity went out the door and all that was left was that yes man mentality.
I did not feel secure last two years of employment.
Non ergonomical work station performing mindless data entry.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make accountability go to those that mess up but allow room for good idea flow and let the employees use their talents to excel at there jobs. Also increase communication from management to guide the work flow and allow personal growth within the employees not micromanage and belittle.
What I like about the company
You will hear what you want to hear.
What I dislike about the company
No employee creativity allowed. Moral always low due to "do what I say" mentality.
