Support from management
Company accepts only low educated, low ethical people only. Big promises with no intention to honor anything. Looks for non-educated people to hire that will say anything to get a job.
Freedom to work independently
You are own your own and the turnover us at 85%.
No vice-presidents or upper management are women. Friend of owners wife is compliance officer. Bad, old school mentality for minorities & women.
Office / Work Environment
Long, long hours. No support staff to relieve you. Quotas, numbers, and unreachable goals have to be met or your replacement shows up as you are let go.
Company logo is "On Demand 24/7" and they mean it. Monday thru Sunday 5am to 7:30pm branch hours and only two employees per office.
High, high, high turnover. Low pay, no bonuses, long hours plus weekends, and no commissions. People never see their annual pay promise because 120 days is typical turnover.

No diversity. Do not look for or recruit diversity.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better working conditions and hours. More employees in support roles in corporate and branches. Be more honest & forthcoming. Lead with intergrity and ethics. Publicly traded companies get exposed and so did this company.

Ownership and company willing to lie to customers and temporary workers Sent to jobs. Research SEC fines on this company. Research Federal Tax Fines and State Payroll Penalties on Labor Smart when looking to interview with Labor Smart. Research and review 52 week stock trend and read the comments from investors.
