Suggestions for improvement
- What can you say to change or improve a company that is not regulated by government job standard EOE standards. They don't have to give you raises, they don't have to give you breaks, they don't have to provide insurance or work mans compensation, they don't have to pay you minimum wage. They don't guarantee you'll even work more than an hour. You could be the best most squared away employee but someone else that is in the loop will always get the job ticket.
I like about the employer
If you need to just work a few days to get some quick money, it's there for you but it's Day Labor not long term /permanent jobs. No benefits, no insurance just a day to day job if you just want to work a few days to pay some bills.
