Staff have no “voice “ in improving their work place safety. Anyone who stand up and complain will be targeted for termination. HR has been revamped to make sure their members don’t pamper complaining employees
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper leadership should not turn a blind eye on lower/middle management “mafia like” treatment of staff
What I like about the company
Leadership don’t care what happens as long as work is done.
