Sometimes there are money bonuses given if we bill "x" amount of money. However, bonuses are taken if hard hats were missing or unaccounted for. If we were printing too much, therefore causing ink to be used. So, if we needed in there was a fuss on how much were printing which then our bonus was taken.
Support from management
I was the only account manager that was employed for more than 6 months. I went threw 5 managers quitting or getting fired. The owners attitude, teaching skills, respect and dignity are lacking tremendously.
In one office, work great. But put the 2 offices that are ran by 2 different people (husband and wife,too) we did not interact professionally. We were competeing on who can bill the most , but branch "a" was expect to beat branch "b" but branch "a" was foreced to give billng up.
Freedom to work independently
Work loads are fairly distributed. If you can do more mentally, then you will be expected to do more.
As a woman, i was underminded and i was looked at more than listend to.
My other account managers were not given the same trainging as me. There are 2 other branches that arent being trained right which causing tention and challenges when offices try to collaborate/work together

We were allowed inside information on company profits and gross margins. We needed to because our bonhs was based on these numbers
Winter storms, ice blizzard, 100 degrees.. We are working. Holidays.. We work and do not get time an a half.
Although you can request time off , if fanily emergency happens, it is very hard to leave. My shift 6am to 3pm we close at 6pm
Unfortunately alot of temp workers dont give labormax a good rep. Also,account managers before me have did not have good things to say about management.
If you try and listen, you will be ok.
I stayed so long because of the work and success i did with this company. We were a small office of 3 including me. We turned $12k a week to $75k a week. I have met owners and ceos of huge companies

Value and shkw appreciation to your dedicated employees. Show compasion on lifes unexpected issues or events. Let your employees that work 40 plus, sleep in once in a while. Be fair on thoes who dont smoke (smokers = more breaks) or have children. (kids doc appointment, sick, no baby sitter so they cant come to work)
What I like about the company
The accomplishments I did. The owners of companies and the amazing genuine workers that reported to work at 6am with me.

Plain and simple. The owners.
