The company culture is incredibly negative and toxic. Employee morale is abysmally low, and employees tend to feel that the top priority is money, rather than what it should be - providing a high quality of care. Management is often quick to criticize but almost never offers acknowledgement for work that is well done, which is very discouraging.
Support from Management
There is a distinct lack of leadership support. Those in leadership positions do not cultivate an environment that promotes communication, and employees often feel as though their input and concerns are falling on deaf ears.
