Suggestions for improvement
- From what I saw they tend to put the managers in a box then demand unrealistic goals and when the aren't met that they replace the manager. I would suggest they stop micro managing the managers.
What I like about the company
Although not designed very well, we did have a brand new building and equipment.
What I dislike about the company
When there is a new manager every 3-5 months it creates an environment of chaos. Every manager makes changes in how things are done and almost always bring in their friends leaving those who have been there a while feeling bewildered as to what they are supposed to do.
