Supervisors from Erie have no respect or appreciation of staff at the Bradenton campus.
Support from management
There is no respect for staff, and the poison runs from the top down.
Employees at the Bradenton campus do their best to pull together for the benefit of the students.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanagement to the extreme.
Communications are dictatorial and inconsistent
Office / Work Environment
Employees are frequently unable to get supplies needed to perform their jobs.
There is no acknowledgement of accomplishments or staff extra efforts by management.
Inclusive / Diverse
If staff express an opinion different than management, they are criticized or belittled.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire good people, provide training and get out of their way so they can do their jobs to the best of their ability. Stop the brow-beating and public criticisms.
What I like about the company
Strength and dedication of staff at the Bradenton campus.
What I dislike about the company
Disrespectful and negative work environment with no opportunity for continuing education or personal and professional development.
