Administration/upper management is very focused on number and not at all on employee satisfaction. They are disconnected from what actually goes on in the clinics. There has been several sexual harassment reports which they have ignored. They also practice unethically, making it nearly impossible for clinicians to be ethical in their billing.
Support from management
Zero support from management.
The actual clinical team usually has good teamwork.
Changes are constantly made without alerting anyone. You will open up an assessment and there will be new questions on there.
You have to be friends with the VP of mental health to be promoted
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is more comparable now than in the past.
Office / Work Environment
Does not recycle
You will be fired for no reason if they want to.
Been more than a few violent altercations from clients and many years without security guards or cameras.
Inclusive / Diverse
Upper management is just about all white females with a few white males thrown in. It would appear that males in power are let go and that males are not promoted. People of color are not promoted at all.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide more support staff and actual time for clinicians to get done what you expect. Pay your support staff living wages.
