The company was mostly interested in money and the employees were never given a thank you for working extra or going the extra mile.
Support from Management
The supervisors would exhibit favoritism and only seemed to be concerned with themselves.
The other employees were so depressed they just wanted to go home.
Level of Autonomy
Workload was not fairly distributed. The favorite employees would get less work and granted more vacation days.
