Suggestions for improvement
- Keep their production machines actually working, everything is always broken (but still expect you to get your job done). Be prepared to be hot (85+ degrees) all the time HVAC system is non existent! Lab is horrible, new lab is coming, never!
I like about the employer

I dislike about the employer
No communication on what is expected. Work load is too much and not enough pay. No regard to employee safety, wants people to work even when it's 5 feet of snow on the ground. No human resource or open door policy. No sense of team, and management could use a course on professionalism. Needs a better way of training new employees. Salary employees not bright!
