- Safety program implemented according to osha specs., background checks, better working conditions, way better pay, with raises more than 3%. be treated with respect by the salesperson you are doing the work for.

safety, starting pay is low, pay raises maybe, equipment to work with in bad condition, and will not adjust budget for better equipment. No overtime, 40hrs only. close on Friday, punch out early. Worked there 7 years , no training. revolving door for employees,excons, and drug addicts. expected to work with these people in hazardous conditions.
