Suggestions for improvement
- The elected officials must be held accountable for their actions/inaction, unfair treatment of employees and for the elected official's work attendance. Removal from office of the elected official would be the best suggestion for improving the company.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed helping the residents of Lancaster County Probate estates. I always strived to make the process easier for lay persons to understand . I've shed tears with them and a little humor to make the necessity of probate seem not as scary.
What I dislike about the company
County administration does not have the ability to direct elected officials to conform with County Policy & Procedures; employees of elected officials have no recourse or outlet for unfair treatment. There are no checks and balances for elected officials. The work environment is severely unpleasant and favoritism reins supreme.
