Suggestions for improvement
- Open communication and change the dumb HR director who does not know much about how to manage HR issues, only knee jerk reactions and only makes extreme interpretations of policies and procedures. Not pro-employees or managers - just self effacing.
What I like about the company
The camaraderie among middle managers and their teamwork is keeping the hospital alive and employees together.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management is aloof and does not share with middle management. Leading to poor outcomes.
