Suggestions for improvement
- Allow employees to offer ideas for a better way of doing things. Most times, these are not very expensive at all. And thank employees at the end of every shift. It's small things that make a difference over time.
I like about the employer
No two days are the same at Landmark. At our airport we handle the entire field so the tasks are varied, especially during certain times of the year. Management overall is relatively sound about addressing issues that come up...i.e. fuel trucks needing repair. Typically we have enough staff scheduled as well.
