Support from management
There is no leadership only micromanagement, management enforces rules depending on who breaks them.
Teamwork is nessasary but not everyone cooperates or participates.
Freedom to work independently
Self motivation is key.
Communication and planning are sparse, to many chiefs and not enough Indians.
Training and opportunity are extremely lacking.
Overall compensation for your work
Nearby competitors pay better, and raises are hard to come by.
Because the hiring process takes forever we end up majorly understaffed on an annual basis, this leads to long hours and overtime all the time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Improve training department less biased management, more competitive compensation.
What I like about the company
Stable hours, relatable coworkers, occasional tips and sense of community with some customers.
What I dislike about the company
Micromanagement, favoritism, pay is inadequate and raises are infrequent, no room for growth and poor work life balance.
