Upper management gets whatever they want and everyone else has to scramble and jump. Often leaving more important projects behind, then getting in trouble for them not being completed.
Support from Management
Leaders tend to back whatever is best for the business instead of supporting employees. Do not set clear goals or mentor employees. Not much help with career growth.
Seems like there is clear communication, then days later there will be people who misunderstand what was agreed upon, instead of asking questions.
