Suggestions for improvement
- Simplify the senior management... lots of chiefs feeling self important and increase the actual mid level managers who are making the company grow and profitable.
What I like about the company
Great idea for the agent base, but unless you are a 1\$10MM agent, you don't even register on their radar.
What I dislike about the company
Top executives make ENORMUS amounts of salary & bonus, mid level managers do the bulk of the work and are on a conveyer belt in & out of the building... they burn though this level at an alarming rate & cannot keep good dedicated people unless you play the heavily political corporate games.
