Support from management
Management in my department was horrible. Never knew if they stood behind you to support or stab you in the back. One supervisor was called in HR more than any employee I knew there. Yet, she still has her job.
In my department management did not support team work; however the employees took it upon themselves to implement it.
Communication was horrible between Corporate, Operations Center, management and employees
Department was dissolved only gave jobs to manager and supervisor, the rest were on their own to find jobs within the company. No severance pay offered.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication between the two offices, management and employees. Hold managers/supervisors to the same standards as employees
