Support from Management
As a store manager I did not receive the proper support or tools to do my job to the best of my ability.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take the time as a higher level of management, (ie) District/Regional mgrs, to provide your store managers with the proper tools and support. Keep one training ng program in place for at least 1 year to see the results of that program. Changing consistently does not keep the field all on the same page and it creates a bit of frustration. This includes all the other progrsmscand policy changes that took place Did not create a since of ownership or buy in to the Company. Did not feel security with my job
