Suggestions for improvement
- The different departments in home office should get a calendar of events for the stores. They were constantly scheduling too many things for the same time frame. It would be common practice for an mmp, a product transfer, markdowns, and a promotion change to happen on the same weekend. And usually it would fall on a holiday weekend when the staff would be stretched thin.
