some of the supervisors are absolutely wonderful and are willing to always help without judging the situation.
Support from management
very little support
Upper management don't take the time to help properly train the staff. Instead they will come in and make matters worst because the policy says one thing but on the job sites its not always handled according to policy
Freedom to work independently
they have very unrealistic expectations and don't understand when things simply can't be done. instead of helping the situation they believe that if they find someone else to do it things will get better. instead it only made the workload harder and created more work for those who are employed still.
training is available to those when schedule permits. often some people are thrown into positions without proper training and expected to complete duties which isn't ultimately fair to the employee in such a position.
Overall compensation for your work
promises are made be rarely followed through. they mention raises but it doesn't happen. maybe only for upper management
with CF Lane there is no job stability
Suggestions for improvement
- Open door policies that are actually for the employee benefits and not just the company. More training that gives the employees confidence in the work that they do. Better communication instead of reperemanding or termination for simple mistakes that can be handled with simple and polite communication and actually listening to the issues of the employees
What I like about the company
The connections that was made among some of the on-site employees and the few gatherings allowed.
What I dislike about the company
The company does not back up the employees enough and very high turnover. Also how some situations legal representation has to be done in order to get progress.
