Attitude towards older colleagues
Once your age is determined - you are purposely left out.
When offering additional tasks to another department so a temporary worker is not needed - department supervisor moves to ostracize you from other fellow supervisors - you are no longer 'needed' at weekly meetings.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more men to run the departments - because (hopefully) they are not as contentious as women can be. But it only takes one discontented woman to run and ruin the environment.
