Suggestions for improvement
- See previous answer. The tone of a company is set from the top - our current leader clearly sees this position as a "stepping stone" to the next opportunity. I hope that the next county administrator can demonstrate a commitment to this county and to the county agency.
What I like about the company
I used to be very proud of how the county supported the workforce - understanding of the value employees brought to the mandated work of the agency. I've been able to grow professionally, and my contributions used to be recognized.
