Suggestions for improvement
- Improve the balance between workload and compensation packages, especially for non-management positions.
What I like about the company
My division does important work, and we pull together as a team.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management sets a negative tone - adversarial. Compensation compared to work load is not balanced, so we regularly lose good employees; turn over is high.
