Attitude towards older colleagues
Dedicated, long-time employees are being let go, and young, inexperienced employees are being hired at a much lower wage. This has been going on for years without repercussion.
Work is challenging, but staff never get positive feedback for their hard work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to show appreciation to their employees, and have programs to reward excellent performance.
- Stop laying off seasoned employees because of their age, and then hiring people that have no clue what they are doing (no law firm experience especially). I thought age discrimination was against the law?!!
