Suggestions for improvement
- use nationally (or at least regionally)-recognized insurance provider (not just the one recognized/available in the headquarter state, OH); give all 6 national holidays paid-off to employees; pay more for what we do
What I like about the company
helping patients, who has limited English proficiency, across the country vie video interpretation device.
What I dislike about the company
low pay; lack of communication; we had to work for 3 national holidays out of 6 that the company recognizes; insurance was non-existence (even though it came with flexible spending card to cover 2/3 of very high deductible)
