There are clear favorites in the company and if you're not on that list then you mean nothing. You are not treated fairly and there is a real bullying atmosphere. It's do what I say and not what you know is right.
Support from Management
Company is managed top down. Employees have no say and are not encouraged to be leaders.
There is a clear division between departments. Employees have lost respect for the company and each other. The culture has become one of finger pointing and where people are not accountable.
