It seems the real culture has morphed away from the "stated culture" as the desire to grow has taken priority
Support from management
There is a strong disconnect between upper management and the employees
Colleagues within their own departments work well together. There is a lot of finger pointing between departments
Freedom to work independently
This is one area that I give LDG a great score
There is a lot of secrecy between management and employees
Attitude towards older colleagues
With the desire to grow the company, employees have become numbers (salary) to upper management. Recently there was a "restructuring" that eliminated positions of mostly older employees, the people with the most expertise and highest pay of which I had been a victim.
Office / Work Environment
Work environment for the most part is great
Thete is always pressure to work more hours
I was very proud when I had first started at LDG. About 3 years ago things started changing for the worse as the desire to grow increased.
I have always been proud of my work ad a professional
What I like about the company
Great pay and great colleagues
What I dislike about the company
Management seems to be in their own little world. Job security has dwindled significantly
The following benefits were offered to me
