Suggestions for improvement

  • Shift leadership in a couple key positions to have people in positions where they are better suited. Lessen the micromanagement, be more positive and less authoritative. Plan better. Not feel like we have to react to everything else, to concentrate on what we do well instead of being average at many things.

What I like about the company

I love the team I work with. They are passionate, hard working and constantly strive to improve.

What I dislike about the company

Upper management rules by fear and does not encourage other employees to challenge their way of thinking.

Support from management

Leadership did not care about people during layoffs. It was all about cost-cutting despite years of faithful service..

What I like about the company

I liked the company until management changed in about 2010. Then layoffs began of longtime senior staff.

What I dislike about the company

I don't like a company that coldly lays you off with a small severance package on the condition you don't sue.
