Leadership did not care about people during layoffs. It was all about cost-cutting despite years of faithful service..
I like about the employer
I liked the company until management changed in about 2010. Then layoffs began of longtime senior staff.
I dislike about the employer
I don't like a company that coldly lays you off with a small severance package on the condition you don't sue.
