Suggestions for improvement
- Start valuing the employees that do the actual work. Stop promoting/hiring people to managerial positions who have no clue how to do their assigned jobs. Stop constantly requiring employees to meet f2f when most, if not all work can be done remotely. Stop taking extravagant retreats with management and senior leadership, then paying your employees the industry minimum, and then laying them off when you can't meet your bottom line. Practice your mission and vision instead of just putting it on the company web site.
I like about the employer
One day a week to work from home. However, that wasn't a standard policy throughout the company. Some people worked from home all the time, while others were forced to commute 4 days a week. The type of work the company does can be completed entirely online and/or over the phone, including meetings.
