From the Director of HR to the back office coordinator they don't possess the unbias view or that open door policy spirit or leadership for the employees and work related concerns to be addressed and not ignored would've been a nice thing to encounter. Some of the physicians were most times very rude, difficult to work for and would in my opinion abuse their level of position with unkind treatment.
Suggestions for improvement
- Some more appreciation to employees, room to adhere to the employees demands to make the environment a better place to work, encourage teamwork and not competition, realistic rules and not the feel of imprisonment
