100% not. There is zero fairness in this company. There is no "rule book" or manual to follow. One person can get away with something and another person will get in trouble for the exact same thing.

Opinions are not valued at all.
All of the employees that are not in management, stick together like glue. Couldn't find better coworkers
Level of Autonomy
A lot of employees are leaving because they aren't happy. Barely anyone is being replaced. Lots of different workloads are placed on employees that already have entirely too much work.
