Suggestions for improvement
- Staffing, fear based corrective action, salary
Expectations are not realistic, have been told by management "it's my way or the highway," and have been informed "we are not authorizing any continuing education, that is on your own time."
Teamwork is nonexistent with management and management is dismissive at best; with other staff members there is teamwork and very good communication with one another.
Management says they will not micromanage, yet they do the opposite.
