Information and files needed to do the job came in piecemeal and VERY late.
N/A - I worked from home.
I was expected to be available 24/7 no matter what limitations I set in my bids.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take responsibility for your budget and timeframes. Try to be decent to your production workers.
What I dislike about the company
Didn't pay me full amount for work done. If the project doubles or triples in scope, it stands to reason that I need to charge for the extra time. I could say more but I think my point is clear.
