Suggestions for improvement
- State the consequences that will occur if the workers do not adhere to the rules and actually follow through with them. Have surprise inspections of the workers and see how they work and give them grades every few months.
What I like about the company
The company worked well with my schedule when I was attending school and would offer extra time at the end of the school year of there was extra money. The staff were super friendly and the administration was always there in case I needed someone to talk to. Your feelings are taken into consideration and you never feel out of place.
What I dislike about the company
There were never any consequences to bad behavior or work ethic. Most workers were able to do whatever they wanted to do, arrive late or leave early without any actual consequences. It grew tiresome for those of us who actually did our work and still had to do the work of others.
