Suggestions for improvement
- Most of your employees have incurred injury after working for you for any length of time. Sometimes resulting in permanent physical damage. I would suggest updating your machinery and focusing on employee physical health. The longevity and well being of your employees instead of flooding the workplace with replaceable "temps".
What I like about the company
seemed like normal factory job.
What I dislike about the company
I did assembly and injection mold machines for six months. They hired me on and put me in compounding, where i didn't feel safe. They moved me to high line on the conventional side. Ancient turn of the century steam powered machines. After 1 day of little to no training they told me to run all three machines. I couldn't keep up and the job was physically damaging my hands. They said that it was part of the job. I told them I needed my hands. If I would have known, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Just feel tricked.
