The employer is congenial and attempts to foster an atmosphere of trust. However, seven (7) secretaries had worked and left this firm within one-year just prior to my hire. I remained at this firm for five (5) years.
Support from Management
Targets are unrealistic and cause stress and burnout. Employer consults with employees but does not include them in decision making process.
